We start with a 30-minute session to talk through where you are now, what’s working, what’s stressing you out, and what your actual goals are. We map out what we’ll focus on together.
📋 Design & Tech Audit
I’ll begin with the Website Once Over, a full audit of your Divi website, to get a clear picture of what needs fixing or improving. This gives us a solid foundation to build on.
📑 Report and Recommendations
You’ll receive a detailed report and Action Checklist with clear feedback on what’s working, what could be better, and what’s completely broken.
🗂 2hrs of practical work
I’ll complete 2hrs of work from the Action Checklist. I’ll recommend which tasks I should take on, based on their urgency, complexity and your current goals.
💬 Monthly 90-minute strategy sessions
Once a month, we’ll dig into the things that matter most to you, whether that’s simplifying your homepage layout, improving user flow, setting up a lead magnet, or fixing your email sequences. We screen share, we talk it through, and we make decisions.
🗂 Clear follow-up steps
After every call, I’ll send you a practical to-do list based on your goals for that month and your specific setup. If you need help doing the techy bits, we’ll work through them during your video calls.
🎓 Mini how-to videos
If something comes up between sessions and you need a quick guide, I’ll record a short video using your setup so you can follow along without wasting a weekend on YouTube.
📨 Ongoing support
You can message me anytime during the three months and I’ll reply with advice, links, feedback, or a video explanation.

I’ve been doing this a while. Over 25 years in marketing, starting in the Claire’s Accessories head office when I was 17. Since then I’ve worked in everything from double glazing to insurance to retail trade associations. I hold a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing (and I’ve been using Divi since 2017).
I built my first website in 2010 for my own handmade business as a single mum trying to get off benefits. It wasn’t perfect (nothing ever is), but it worked. And it lit the spark for what I do now.
I’ve always loved branding, design, and tech in equal measure. From playing with Corel Draw on my dad’s old work PC aged 13, to creating websites and logos that genuinely feel like you. I’m not just here to make things look pretty. I’m here to make your site work harder, flow better, and actually support your business goals.
