Divi Debug

Something’s broken on your Divi site. Let’s fix it.

Fixed-scope, fixed-price fixes for the one thing that’s driving you mad, without committing to a full project.

Who This is For

Divi Debug is for an existing site with one specific problem.

A layout that’s fallen apart on mobile, a plugin update that broke something else or styling that won’t behave no matter what you try.

Something that used to work and now doesn’t, and you don’t know why.

If your site mostly works and just needs one thing put right, this is the starting point.

If it’s several things, or the whole site feels like it’s fighting you, Divi Detail is probably the better fit, and I’ll tell you honestly if that’s the case.

What Gets Fixed

Some examples of what Divi Debug covers:

• Layout or spacing issues, especially on mobile or tablet
• A plugin conflict that’s broken part of the site
• Styling that won’t apply properly, or applies in the wrong place
• Broken forms, buttons, or links
• A module or section that’s stopped working after an update
• Something you changed that had an unexpected knock-on effect

If you’re not sure whether your problem fits here, get in touch and describe it. I’ll tell you straight whether it’s a Debug job or something bigger.

£250 for a half day, £500 for a full day.

Most single issues are sorted in a half day. A full day covers something more involved, or a handful of smaller things bundled together. Either way, the price is fixed before I start, so you know exactly what you’re paying before any work begins.

How it Works

1. Tell me what's wrong

Get in touch with a description of the problem, ideally with a link to the page.

2. I confirm the scope

I’ll tell you whether it’s a half day or full day job, and what that covers, before any work begins.

3. You pay and I book you in

Once we’ve agreed what needs fixing, you pay the fee and I book you in to my next available slot.

4. I get to work

I log in, work out the actual cause, and fix it properly. If I need more time to do a complete job, I’ll let you know.

5. Your site is sorted

No jargon-heavy report, just a working site and a quick explanation, if I think that it will help you in the future.

Kate has hugely contributed towards the success of my business

I’m not a techy person, which is why I started working with Kate in the first place. Kate has made everything feel so much easier. She built my website several years ago, and ever since then, she has been available whenever I need to make changes or updates.

When I needed a funnel for my Meta™️ ads, Kate set up the entire process, including the landing page, opt-in, thank-you video, and booking system (all linked to MailerLite and Calendly). It worked extremely well and led to 300 sign-ups, 45 meetings and 10 new clients within 3 months. It was such a success, we’re in the process of building another one!

Anytime I get stuck or need to figure out a better way of doing something, Kate is the first person I get in touch with. I highly recommend Kate; she has hugely contributed towards the success of my business in the last 12 months.

FAQs

“How do I know if my problem is a Divi Debug job or something bigger?”

If you can describe it as one specific thing that’s broken, it’s almost always Divi Debug. If it’s several issues, or the site feels wrong throughout, get in touch and I’ll point you to the right option rather than take on the wrong scope.

“Do I need to give you site access?”

Yes, WordPress admin access at minimum. I’ll tell you exactly what I need once we’ve confirmed the job.

“What if the fix is quicker than expected?”

The fee is fixed and agreed before I start, and it covers the fix rather than the hours behind it. If it comes together faster than expected, the fee stays the same.

“What if it turns out to be bigger once you’re in there?”

I’ll stop and tell you before doing any extra work or billing extra time. You’ll always know the scope and price before I start.

”What if you can’t fix the issue?”

We’ll talk it through before you pay, but some problems only show their true size once I’m inside the site. If it turns out to be bigger than a Divi Debug, you won’t be left guessing, I’ll tell you exactly what’s causing it and what needs doing to fix it, so you can decide your next step with the full picture. The fee covers the work that goes into finding that out, so it isn’t refundable.

“How quickly can this be done?”

Most Divi Debug jobs are turned around within a few working days of confirming scope, depending on my current schedule.

Tell me what’s wrong and I’ll tell you what it takes to fix it.
